Aubrey ISD Brockett and Monaco Elementary School Renovations

Brockett ES: The Aubrey ISD Brocket Elementary School Additions and Renovations project consists of renovations to existing classrooms and vestibules, and the addition of a new 6,000 SF wing containing an art room and four classrooms. The mechanical system for Brockett ES is an RTU/Heat Pump system.

Monaco ES: The Aubrey ISD Monaco Elementary School Additions and Renovations project consists of the addition of two new wings, one for fifth grade and one for third grade. The wings are 2,700 SF and 1,600 SF, respectively. Minor renovations will also occur within the building. The mechanical system for Monaco ES is geothermal, and will require additional geothermal bores and piping to each of the classroom additions.

 

Specifications are shared between the Brockett ES Project and the Monaco ES Project. Please provide a separate proposal for each school.

 

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on Friday, July 27, 2018, for both Brockett ES and Monaco ES. The meeting will be held at Brockett ES – 900 Chestnut Street, Aubrey, TX 76227. Attendance is highly encouraged for all bidders.

UNT Indoor Practice Facility

This project will be a milti-use facility designed primarily for football with an ancillary use for track & field, soccer, and other uses. The facility will be an efficient retangular shape, approximately 196′ wide X 426′ long with a minimum clearance height of 55′ for place kicking. The Indoor Practice Facility wll be a pre-engineered barrel beam steel structure that houses a full artificial turf practice field with eighteen (18) runoff space on all sides. Within this runoff space are three (3) sprint lanes and a sand pit on the Eastern side of practice field. Ancillary spaces include entry lobby and restroom, recruiting lounge, kitchenette, restrooms, A/V, telecom, electrical rooms, stairs, and camera platforms, fire protection/sprinkler system, and tempered by full HVAC systems. The facility will be located south of the Athletic Center, constructed over one of the existing grass practice fields.
