Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor on this project. The High Point North Maintenance Facility project is a new, 22,000 SF facility for the City of Plano. The building will provide work shop space and offices for the Parks and Recreation department. Outside the building will be a fenced in area for storage of city vehicles and material storage.
