Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project. This project consists of renovations to existing facilities and a two story 50, 000 SF Addition to Stuart Career Tech High School in Baytown, TX. The building addition contains additional classrooms, labs, office, as well as a media center and AV Studio.

Prebid Information: Pogue Construction will be holding an onsite Prebid Meeting for the Stuart Career Technical High School Phase 4 project on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM.  The Prebid will start at the SCTHS West Building located at 302 YMCA Drive, Baytown, Texas 77521.

The East Building will include a new, 2 story, 43,000 SF +/-, Addition and a 5,000 SF +/- renovation of the Classroom Area with the West Building having a 3,400 SF +/- renovation of the Administration Suite.  Scopes of work consists of new Classrooms, Labs, restrooms, offices, associated ancillary spaces, parking, site work, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, and other work as described in the Construction Documents.

Demolition & Communication vendors are highly encouraged to attend.  Please be sure to have proper PPE and maintain appropriate distancing
