NISD Middle School #7 is a new two-story building of approximately 161,000 SF consisting of classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria, fine arts, and associated rooms. Site development shall consist of selective demolition, regrading, track & field events with associated paving and parking areas. This project includes a new ICC-500 storm shelter area with special requirements and construction. This is a CSP project located in Haslett, TX.
