This is a CM@R project and Pogue is the selected Construction Manager. New additions to existing buildings onsite at the existing Wylie High School campus, along with renovations to the interiors of multiple spaces.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: In general, the project consists of additions and renovations to the existing High School, IMPAC Building and fieldhouse. Additions include Art and Science labs and classrooms, Sports Arena, Choir, and Cafeteria Expansion. Two new ICC-500 compliant community storm shelters are included in the additions. A new Career Technical Education (CTE) building will be added to the campus. Associated site and utility work will be required to accommodate the new additions and expand parking capacity.
