Project Management

Project Manager

Salary: Based on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Senior Project Manager (Sr PM)
  • Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects
  • Active participation in new Project Pre-construction
  • Monitor job progress, Subcontractor performance & Project costs
  • Review Assistant Project Manager (Asst PM) RFIs and Submittals
  • Working knowledge of Project bids and issue contracts
  • Negotiate with Subcontractors & Suppliers
  • Oversee timely Project close out
  • Prepare monthly billings, financial reports
  • Prepare / Conduct all Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) Meetings (Weekly)
  • Manage Owner & Architect expectations
  • Review Project Schedule and Subcontractor Pay Applications with assigned Superintendent and support Contract Completion Dates
  • Attend Owner-sponsored events
  • Train Asst PM and Project Coordinator, if assigned
  • Knowledge of Owner and Subcontractor contracts

Expectations

  • Meet all assigned deadlines
  • Maintain Project Budget(s) and deliver projected profit(s)
  • Maintain all administrative responsibilities (internal & external deliverables)
  • Visit Jobsite twice per week
  • Learn and Grow under the leadership of management
  • Team Player – support all efforts towards on-time Project completion
  • Annually complete 20 hrs of Continued Education
  • Communicate – Openly, Honestly, and Frequently, with Pogue Superintendent
  • Update Senior Project Manager on all Project(s) milestone(s) and potential drawbacks
  • Mentor junior staff

Assistant Project Manager

  • Process Submittals
  • Job set-up (non-financial)
  • Assist with Close out process
  • Post Addenda
  • Enter Contracts into Prolog
  • Other tasks as assigned

Project Engineer

Salary: Based on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Stationed onsite
  • Collect Submittals from Subcontractors
  • Prepare submittal register
  • Review submittals and RFIs. Process and send to architect. Review after return from architect. Distribute to appropriate subcontractors. Prepare submittal and RFI log information for OAC meetings.
  • Update drawings with all changes electronically (RFIs, submittals, RFPs, addenda, etc.)/Link drawings using BlueBeam.
  • Collect Closeout Documents
  • Prepare Closeout Manual
  • Schedule owner training
  • Assist in collecting pricing from subcontractors as needed
  • Schedule various project meetings (e.g. preconstruction meetings)
  • Other tasks as assigned
