Describe your role at Pogue:

Google says the Chief Estimator role is the primary member of the estimating team with overall responsibility for creating budgets and estimates. In our organization, my role is a lot more fluid than the industry standard definition! In general, I’m responsible for coordination of the pre-construction budgeting and bidding process.

Our word of the year for 2020 is “develop” and I’m excited to provide focused training and opportunities for advancement and growth for Pogue team members.

Title and Job Description:

As a Sr. Project Coordinator my role involves leading the Project Coordinator Team and implementing new processes and procedures.  I serve as an intermediary between our subcontractors and project managers. I assist Senior Project Managers with job set-up, issuing contracts, change orders, pay applications, processing close-out documentation, and supporting with punch lists.  I work to build relationships with our subcontractors by ensuring documents are complete and executed.
