PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Alina joined the Pogue team in November 2008. Alina maintains the bidding portion of the company website, prepares proposal materials, and manages the company plan room and warehouse. Alina also oversees all subcontractor bid solicitation prior to bids, assists with the bid process, and provides overall assistance to the Estimating Department.

EDUCATION
Alina graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Alina has also taken classes through the Construction Education Foundation.

PERSONAL DATA
Alina and her husband, Jason, live in McKinney, Texas and attend Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church. Alina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, watching movies, and traveling.
