PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mark Wheelis joined the Pogue team in November 2009 as the Director of Accounting. He is ultimately responsible for managing the financial risks of the Company. Mark oversees financial reporting, treasury, budgets, taxation, and general oversight of the Accounting Department.

PERSONAL DATA
Mark and his wife were married in 2005 and reside in Dallas.  They have one daughter, Jordon. Mark graduated with his Bachelor of Business in Accounting followed by a Masters of Science in Accounting.

EDUCATION
Mark graduated from San Angelo Central in 1998.  He then attended Texas Tech University graduating with a Bachelor of Business - Accounting followed by a Masters of Science in Accounting.

ASSOCIATIONS
Mark became a Certified Public Accountant in November of 2003.  Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Construction Financial Management Association.
