PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ben Pogue, a lifelong McKinney resident, has been in the construction business since 2004. His experiences include construction management, estimating, project management, marketing, and business development.

Previously Ben was the Vice President of Operations and became President of Pogue Construction in 2009. His skills in marketing and management have been instrumental in growth of the company’s continued growth.

Ben is involved in all aspects of the company and is continuing the legacy that his family built over the past 30 years.  He is committed to continue to build the company on a foundation of quality, fairness and philanthropy.  He continues to focus on developing relationships and building success with our team through his strong core beliefs.

EDUCATION

Ben graduated from McKinney High School in 1998.  He then attended Texas A & M University - College Station majoring in Construction Science.  He also attends classes supported by TEXO.

PERSONAL DATA

Ben and his wife Jeni were married in November 2006 and reside in McKinney, Texas.  They have one son, Jackson.  His hobbies include snow skiing, racquetball and weight lifting. 

EXPERIENCE

Ben collaborates with the Advisory Committee to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision.  He also develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization and develops future leadership within the organization.
