PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nicole Dalal joined the Pogue team in June 2007. She is responsible for new hires, employee benefits, recruiting, policy development and implementation, performance evaluations and continued education. Previously Nicole worked as an HR Generalist and Recruiter for a small software company and as Store Manager for Office Depot

EDUCATION

Nicole graduated from Texas Tech University with her B.A. in Business Administration and her minor in Marketing. Nicole also holds her Professional in Human Resources certificate.

PERSONAL DATA

Nicole and her husband, Paul, reside in McKinney and have two Jack Russell Terriers and two cats. She enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and visiting with family.
