Lewisville ISD – TECC East Addition

Pogue Construction is the selected Construction Manager at Risk for Lewisville ISD’s Additions and Renovation to TECC East and will be bidding for award on 1/17.

The project primarily consists of the addition of an auto shop, storm shelter, and renovations of existing spaces into a welding lab and dental lab. Construction is anticipated to start in early March of 24 and end August of 25 with phasing due to ongoing campus operations.

Please submit RFIs as early as reasonably possible to allow for time for the design team to respond.

Klein ISD – Strack Intermediate School T-Buildings GMP

Pogue Construction is the CM@R for the Klein Intermediate School Additions and Renovations for the Klein Independent School District. The 1st Phase of this project will be to Furnish, Deliver and Set up 11 Temporary Classroom Buildings and a Temporary Restroom Building prior to starting the interior renovations. This work will include but not be limited to Temporary Buildings, Construction of a wood deck to access the temporary buildings, roof canopy, steel handrails, VCT Flooring, painting, tackboards, signage, toilet accessories and partitions, fire extinguishers, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, structured cabling, audio video, fire alarm, security, earthwork, fencing, and site utilities. Plans for the addition and renovation of the remaining portion of the project will be issued at a later date. It is anticipated that construction on this phase of the project will commence late February.

Aubrey ISD – Aubrey High School Adds & Renos GMP

Pogue Construction is the selected CM at Risk for the Aubrey HS Renovations & Additions project. We will be bidding the project for award on 12/13.

The work consists of multiple areas of additions and renovations across the existing campus with a project budget of approximately $66,000,000 and is heavily phased. All bidders must take into consideration the phasing and logistics plans we will be sharing as well as costs that may be necessary to minimize disruptions to the campus.

The project is anticipated to start in January of 2024 with an approximate duration of 30 months.

Princeton ISD – Early Childhood & Jaguar Daycare

Narrative: Princeton ISD will be constructing an Early Childhood & Daycare center. Work associated with this project but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete paving, concrete walks, drilled piers, concrete slabs, structural steel, steel joints, metal deck, single ply roofing, steel studs, drywall, masonry, stucco, aluminum, steel and plastic laminate covered doors, aluminum windows, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, steel studs and drywall, resilient flooring, carpet tiles, quarry tile, wood gym floor, paint, acoustical ceiling, millwork, casework, expansion joint covers, marker board, tack boards, projection screens, fire extinguishers and cabinets, rolling shelves, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, metal lockers, plaque, identifying devices, and window blinds.

Aubrey ISD – Additions and Renovation Early Bid Package

Narrative: The Aubrey High School Additions and Renovations project consists of five (5) additions to the existing Aubrey High School. The overall square footage of additions is approximately 150,000 SF along with interior renovations adjacent to the additions, as well as other areas. Currently, we are seeking proposals for furnishing of mechanical equipment and electrical switch gear only. Bid packs for these scopes are forthcoming.

City of Plano – Fire Station #5 Early Package

Narrative: City of Plano Station #5 is a renovation and addition to the existing Fire Station on West Park Blvd. Building is 13,700+/- square feet. We will be renovating the inside of the existing station for new dorms, restrooms, offices and laundry areas as well as modifications to the existing Apparatus Bays. The addition will include a new kitchen, dayroom, fitness room, main entry, 2 addition Apparatus Bays and support areas. Project is currently scheduled to start construction in December 2023 and be completed December 2024.

Please note that we are only seeking proposals at this time for the Commercial Range (Bid Package 11D), HAVC RTU’s (Bid Package 23 B) and Electrical Generator, ATS, Switch Gear (Bid Package 26B).

Sanger ISD – New Sanger High School & Field House

The Project is composed of a new elementary campus and related site work located in Aubrey, Texas. The “Work” is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to new elementary campus, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work.

Note: The following trades were bid with Early Packages: RTUs, Electrical Switchgear, Site Concrete, Earthwork, SWPPP, Site Requirements, Pavement Markings, Fences/Gates, and Site Utilities.

Notice to All Bidders:

There has been a schedule revision for bidding of the Aubrey ES #4 project. The June 6, 2023 bid date will consist of only the following scopes of work: building concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, playground, elevators, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical and fire alarm.

Pogue is expecting more complete documents for the Foodservice Equipment and Electrical scopes of work on Wednesday (6/7). Those two trades will then subsequently bid on Tuesday (6/13).
