Narrative: Pogue Construction is the Construction Manager on a Project locate on FM 1417 in Sherman just east of HWY 75. The project consist of five (5) levels of multi- family units (total of 310 units) with a precast Parking Garage for 560 parking spaces. The project is on approximately 9.5 acres. Total square footage of the building is 352,395 sf. Work will consist of but not be limited to Cast in Place Concrete Retaining walls, (alternate for a CIP Parking Garage), Post Tensioned slab on grade, masonry, structural & miscellaneous steel, millwork and finish carpentry, structural wood framing, waterproofing, air barriers, sealants, expansion joints, single ply membrane roof, pre-hung doors, hollow metal doors & frames, door hardware, aluminum windows, glass & glazing, overhead doors, drywall, tile, carpet & resilient flooring, wood flooring, painting, EIFS/Plaster, signage, toilet partitions & accessories, fire protection devices, mail boxes, secured package delivery, wire shelving, miscellaneous specialties, residential appliances, site furnishings, louver wood look blinds, residential casework, counter tops, traction elevators, trash chutes, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lightning protection, fire alarm, two way emergency communication systems, landscaping, earthwork, voice, data, CATV, security, access control, intrusion detection, swimming pools, and both on site and off site utilities.
Project is scheduled to be a 24 month project from start to finish. Portions of the buildings will be turned over to the owner upon receipt of a TCO. Construction is expected to start late 4th quarter of 2022 or 1st quarter of 2023. There is to be no contact with the owner and or architect.
