City of Plano – Fire Station #5 Additions and Renovations

City of Plano Fire Station #5 is a renovation and addition to the existing Fire Station on West Park Blvd. Building is 13,727+/- square feet. We will be renovating the inside of the existing station for new dorms, restrooms, offices and laundry areas as well as modifications to the existing Apparatus Bays. The addition will include a new kitchen, dayroom, fitness room, main entry, 2 addition Apparatus Bays and support areas. This project will have some phasing to allow the station to remain operational while under construction. Proposals will be received on October 31st, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Project is currently scheduled to start construction in January 2024 and be completed in December 2024.
