This project consists of the new metal building addition to the existing maintenance facility warehouse and various security upgrades to 12 Eagle Mountain-Saginaw I.S.D. Campuses. Please provide one price with breakout pricing for each campus – all work will be let under one contract.

Important Note: A walkthrough is scheduled for the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Security Upgrades & Maintenance Facility Project. It is scheduled for Thursday July 9th starting at 8:00Am at Gilliland Elementary School located at 701 Waggamon Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76131.
