The Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Multi Campus Renovation project consists of work at three separate locations: Highland Middle School, Creekview Middle School and Gililland Elementary School. The work at these locations is to be bid as one single project. Project Scope covers 62,712 s.f. and includes Landscape Improvements, Exterior renovations, Tennis court & Gym renovations, Interior renovations including lighting and mechanical, and Technology. This project is a CSP bid and proposals are due back to Pogue no later than 2:00PM on Tuesday December 11th. RFIs are due by December 3rd end of day to allow for processing.
