Scope of Work includes construction of two (2) new elementary schools and related site work. Bidders may propose on one school or both schools.
NOTE: Humble ISD has established a goal of 20% for minority and local participation. Those subcontractors and suppliers with current MBE and WBE certifications will be considered toward this goal as well as local businesses headquartered within the Humble ISD boundaries. HUB certified entities are also encouraged to submit. Please include all certification(s) with your bid.
Subcontractors and suppliers who are not minority certified are encouraged to incorporate goods and services from 2nd-tier vendors who are minority certified. Please include documentation for these percentages with your bid.
