Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project, which consists of a 55,000 SF renovation to the existing Dale Jackson Career Center campus in Lewisville, TX. The renovation includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition, new paving and sidewalks, millwork, standing seam metal roofing, tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, new fire sprinkler system throughout the building, plumbing and mechanical renovations/upgrades, electrical including all new light fixtures throughout, voice and data, security and access controls, landscape and irrigation, site utilities and a new fueling system and wash bay. Tentative schedule is a mid-January 2021 start with a substantial completion of July 1, 2021.

There is a highly encouraged pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, November 10th at 8:30 AM that will occur at the Dale Jackson Career Center campus, located at 1597 S Edmonds Ln, Lewisville, TX 75067.
