The Homestead & Southridge ES 20 Year Refresh project consists of renovation and replacement of existing building components including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, paint, roofing, flooring, wall finishes, A/V equipment, technology and security equipment, casework, door and hardware, furniture, and other items. Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project.
Important Note: A virtual prebid will be held on January 14th followed by a site walk for each campus to be conducted on January 18th.
