Narrative:

Pogue Construction is the CM@R for the construction of the new Athletic Complex for Lone Oak ISD. Work on the project will consist of the construction of new Baseball and Softball fields, built in seating areas, dugouts, bullpens, batting cages, concession stand / restroom building, ticket booth, ornamental fencing as well as chain link. There will be some work at the football stadium that will include ticket booth, ornamental & chain link fencing as well as paving. Work in both areas will include but not be limited to minor site demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, waterproofing, rigid insulation, standing seam roofing, single ply roofing, D/F/H, Overhead Doors, glass & glazing, sealed concrete, rubber base, painting, specialties, athletic equipment, scoreboards, flag poles, kitchen equipment, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, sports lighting, earthwork, pavement markings, retain walls, landscaping and site utilities.

Pricing for the Baseball / Softball fields will be separated from the Football field for accounting purposes but will be awarded as one complete package. A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM @ 8204 US Highway 69 S, Lone Oak, TX 75453. Bids will be received at bid@pogueconstruction.com on June 14, 2022 @ 2:00 PM. All questions should be sent to the bid@pogueconstruction.com email. There is to be no contact with the owner and or architect. Bid Packages will be issued no later than Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
