Mansfield MAC – Bid Day August 7 at 2:00PM

Location: Four (4) High School Campuses (Lake Ridge, Legacy, Mansfield & Timberview)

Estimated Start Date: September 4, 2018

Estimated End Date: August 15, 2019

These new MAC’s will be built on existing practice fields at each campus and will require varying degrees of site modification. Each MAC will consist of a two-story PEMB (20,140 SF footprint) with a 13,000 SF mezzanine. The first floor is completely finished out with Meeting Rooms, Offices, a Training Room, a Weight Room, Locker Rooms, Restrooms, etc. while the second floor is shell space. These are CM@R projects located in Mansfield and Arlington, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor.

Mansfield HS Renovations – Bid Day August 9 at 2:00PM

Location: Four (4) High School Campuses (Lake Ridge, Legacy, Mansfield & Timberview)

These renovations vary in scope between the four campuses including some minor sitework. The HVAC Controls work and Voice/Data work will have to be done at night throughout the year. The remaining work will be done next summer. These are CM@R projects located in Mansfield and Arlington, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor.
