This project consists of renovations and additions to three buildings at Mansfield ISD. This is a CM@R project located in Mansfield, TX, and Pogue is the selected General Contractor.

Worley Middle School scope includes a 10,000sf classroom addition, interior renovations with restroom & HVAC upgrades, exterior landscaping & drainage improvements, and sports lighting upgrades.

Wester Middle School scope includes interior renovations with restroom and HVAC system replacement, selective roofing demolition & replacement, exterior landscaping & drainage improvements, and sports lighting upgrades.

Police & Technology building scope includes interior locker room renovations, finish upgrades, and backup generator replacement.
