Mesquite ISD Horn 9th Grade Center
Pogue Construction is the CM@R for the Addition of the 9th Grade Center to Mesquite Horn High School. This is a 90,000 +/- sf addition to the existing building including storm shelters and a cafeteria. The project will include but not be limited to – Site & Selective Demolition, concrete, ICF, masonry & cast stone, millwork, finish carpentry, plastic laminated tops, waterproofing, air barriers, foamed in place insulation, composite metal wall panels, firestopping & fireproofing, expansion joints, doors, frames & hardware, overhead doors, Won Doors, glass & glazing, drywall & acoustical, tile, carpet & VCT, wood gym flooring, painting, plaster, acoustical treatments, visual display boards, signage, toilet partitions & accessories, wall & door protection, FEC, lockers, metal awnings, miscellaneous specialties, residential appliances, food service equipment, gymnasium equipment, scoreboards, patient care equipment, window treatments, lab casework, fixed audience seating, bleachers, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, voice & data, AV, PA System, fire alarm, earthwork, pavement markings, fences & gates, landscaping & irrigation and site utilities. The following items have previously been bid and awarded – Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Roofing, HVAC Equipment ( AHU’s, Chillers, RTU’s & MAU’s), and Electrical Gear only. Bidders under this proposal will receive, unload and install the early release package. Bids will be received at bid@pogueconstruction.com on December 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM. This project will go to the board for approval on February 13, 2023 and construction Notice to proceed will be issued on February 27, 2023.
