The Midlothian ISD Athletic Complex is a new facility for the district’s baseball, softball, and tennis programs. The project consists of a new fieldhouse, baseball and softball fields, and tennis courts that replace the former Don Floyd Stadium. The 12,000 SF Fieldhouse will provide locker and shower facilities for athletes, coaches, and officials, as well as a new concessions stand and restrooms for spectators. This is a CM@R project located in Midlothian, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor.
