Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project. The building sits on an approx. 2-acre site and contains 2 drive-through apparatus bays. Adjacent to the bays are service areas including a gear room, laundry room, and small electrical room. The interior consists of five single dorm sleeping quarters with 3 separate single use bathrooms, a watch office and a SAFE room / office, a physical fitness/workout room, a day room, dining room and kitchen area with 3 walk-in pantries. The building has support spaces such as mechanical, electrical, data, and storage rooms. A generator will provide emergency power for the entire facility.
