Narrative: Pogue Construction is the CM@R for the Additions and Renovations to the Lake Creek High School in Montgomery ISD. Pogue Construction is requesting bids on behalf of the Montgomery ISD for the Earthwork, Soil Stabilization and site demolition as well as the concrete paving, pavement markings, joint sealants and storm drain improvements. The remaining packages for this project will be issued at a later date. Proposals from interested parties should be submitted to bid@pogueconstruction.com on or before December 14, 2022 @ 2:00 PM. Any and all questions should be directed to Dennis Naylor at bid@pogueconstruction.com or Blake Edwards at bedwards@pogueconstruction.com. There is to be no contact with the district or the design team at this time.
