Huddleston Intermediate Renovations consists of 1) conversion of existing library to a daycare area, 2) interior renovations at the Special Programs area, 3) interior renovations at the Huddleston classrooms / admin areas, 4) interior renovations at the Band Hall area (ALT #1), and 5) expansion of the existing Vocational Auto Tech Shop (ALT #2). This is a CM@R project located in Princeton, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor.

Estimated Completion Date: July 15, 2020

*A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 4:00PM on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at the Huddleston Intermediate School.

*This project will consist of two (2) phases – please review and incorporate the “Phasing and Site Logistics Plan” and “Construction Schedule” into your pricing.

*RFI’s should be submitted in writing to the bid@pogueconstruction.com email prior to 3/28/19.

*Bid Packages will be issued the week before bid day. In order to consider your bid, we need you to submit a completed Bid Package for each scope of work you are pricing.
