This project consists of several improvements including 1) a new football field, track, bleachers and restroom/concession building, 2) new turf, fencing and dugouts at existing softball and baseball fields, 3) replacement of existing pavement for visitor parking at the football stadium, 4) new pavement at the tennis courts and multi-purpose facility, 5) replacement of Bois D’ Arc Road throughout the campus, 6) renovation and an addition to the existing Auxiliary Services Building, and 7) expansion of the existing bus parking area. This is a CMAR project located in Princeton, TX, and Pogue Construction is the selected general contractor.
