Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project. Prosper ISD Elementary School #13 is a new school located in McKinney, TX. Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project. The Elementary School is a 95,600 SF, Single Story structure with a gym that is a 6,800 SF Storm Shelter. The main building will be ICF construction, while the storm shelter will be constructed with Pre-Cast Structural Concrete.
