The ESC Region 10 project consists of an approx. 31,400 sf renovation of a two story existing conference center building and an addition of a 6,900 sf atrium building connecting the existing structures. This is a CM@R project located in Richardson, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor. Bid forms will be released approximately one week prior to the bid date.
