This project will demolish the remaining portions of the existing Fouts Field structure and field to include disconnect of utilities, running new utilities to new bus transfer station. Once demolished, fill in void where field was and prepare surface parking of approximately eleven hundred (1,100) additional parking spaces in Lot 20. The project also includes the construction of a new bus transfer station of approximately three thousand (3,000) square feet in Lot 20. The structure will include restrooms and vending machines.
