The Harry & Retha Tibbals Elementary School Addition is an 8,000 SF addition to the existing building. The addition will add six (6) new classrooms, two (2) staff restrooms, a janitor closet, IDF room, and an electrical room to serve the school. To make room for the new space, the existing paving and utilities will need to be removed. The existing reception area will also get a new reception desk. This project has two alternates. The first is to replace the specified Carrier HVAC equipment with Trane equipment, with the second alternate switching to AAON equipment in lieu of Carrier. The project will run from August 1st to December 1st of 2018. This schedule is subject to change.
