Experience:
- Two years’ proven work experience as an internal recruiter, recruiter, or hiring role. Construction industry experience preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Human Resources
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support company recruitment efforts with a proactive approach
- Possess a clear understanding of Pogue’s job descriptions
- Understand Pogue’s hiring needs, company values & goals
- Meet with managers to understand exact role requirements
- Meet with recruiting team to plan and execute a detailed hiring roadmap to include timelines
- Research industry trends
- Maintain a pulse on companies (GC’s & Subcontractors) within the industry & top talent serving within those organizations
- Source candidates through professional networks, associations, referrals & focused outreach
- Seek unique avenues for sourcing candidates
- Solicit qualified “passive” candidates
- Screen resumes & update candidates on hiring processes
- Support with interviewing candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, level 1 & level 2 interviews
- Position requires time spent in both the office & field
