Experience: Two-three years of verifiable experience on the Contractor side as a commercial Estimator

Average tenure at each prior employer of 2+ years

Primary Responsibilities:

CSP’s and Hard Bids:

• Preparation of Spec Section Matrix
• Review of Subcontractor Call List
• Recruitment of Sub/Vendor Bidders
• Quantity takeoff for all trades
• Project specific scope for all trades and Tabsheets
• Preparation of Google Sheet Sum Form
• Bid Day Room setup
• Tabulate portion of trades on Bid Day

CM@ Risk Projects:

• Preparation of Project-specific Bid Tabs to publish bidders
• Attend Pre-Bid Conference
• Participation in Bid Day prep and presentation to Owner
• Scope verification conversations with Bidders post-Bid Day
• Compilation of all portions final GMP pricing booklet
• Coordination with Field Ops to present the GMP to the Owner
• Final turnover of Field Ops for construction

Candidate Requirements :

• Strong understanding of the DFW market
• K-12 experience is a plus

Oversight: Check, verify and mentor PE (rotational) and intern activities
