Community High School
The project consists of a new High School for 800 students at 193,000 SF. The construction site is approximately 75 acres of District owned land south of the existing high school.
The project scope will core facilities for 1,000 students, classrooms for 800 students, fine arts wing and auditorium, administration, food service, and library to meet TEA standards. The site development construction for the project includes parking, practice fields, and site utilities.

Aubrey ISD’s Jackie Fuller Elementary School incorporates the history of the town, featuring a peanut dryer and brick facades also found on Main Street in Aubrey. Classroom wings are centered around a main courtyard, which serves as an extension of the dining room and a space for playing and learning. The dining room allows for flexibility by opening up to an exterior courtyard, accommodating larger assemblies. The classrooms include movable partitions for collaborative learning. This project consisted of a total 92,550 SF.

This project included the construction of a brand new 167,000 SF facility, offering extensive collaboration space for both students and teachers, including an open think tank. The project also consisted of a gymnasium, weight room, and enclosed courtyard featuring tennis courts.

This project consists of 47,163 total SF of interior renovations of a two-story conference center, interior renovations to a one-story office building, as well as new office space for the teaching and learning department.
READ MORENorthwest ISD Aquatic Center
This 80,000 SF project features an Olympic-sized pool and spectator space for swimming and diving events; sports therapy spaces; support spaces; and a first-class training area. 50,000 SF are devoted to water sports, while the other 30,000 SF are used for the sports rehabilitation. The natatorium pool is also kept warm for community swim lessons and physical therapy. A premier weight room and indoor turf area provide ample space (3,000 SF) for training.

The new Rock Hill High School has a main building with a total of 512,000 SF. The building will accommodate nearly 2,500 students ranging from grades 9, 10, 11 & 12. These students and teachers will be able to enjoy state of the art science labs, collaboration labs, broad cast studios, fine arts, auditorium and a NBA style competition basketball arena. The building has a beautiful brick and cast stone façade with clean modern interior.
This project also includes an indoor football practice facility, competition baseball, softball and football fields.

The new Prosper Independent School District Children’s Health Stadium will seat approximately 10,000 spectators on 42 acres.

The new Plano Police Substation is located on an approximately 3.5 acre site. The facility is a 24,000 SF structure with associated parking, including a photovoltaic covered parking structure.
The new facility’s exterior design is a mixture of brick and stone with aluminum framing. This project will also include an ICC 500 Storm Shelter.
