Narrative: The Project consists of the renovation of a portion, (+/-11,683 sf), of a +/-29,857 GSF facility for the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Lewisville, Texas. The remaining square footage will have limited work including a new Fire Suppression System. The Project will include the interior and exterior demolition of the existing facility and associated utilities, a new emergency generator, new decorative metal fencing, drilled concrete piers, concrete slab on grade with grade beams, concrete paving on prepared sub-base, steel frame, brick veneer, spray foam insulation, batt insulation, rigid insulation, TPO membrane roofing, prefinished metal roofing, downspouts, aluminum storefront and glazing, decorative metal fencing and gates, phenolic toilet partitions, aluminum door frames, prefinished wood doors, acoustical ceiling system, 2×2 lay-in lighting, LED lights, electrical systems, ceramic tile, tile carpeting, LVT, plastic laminate covered millwork, solid surface counter tops, new plumbing fixtures, new HVAC ducting, new toilet accessories, etc.
