This project consists construction of a new two-story municipal center for the City of Princeton Texas. The building is to include office space for the City’s police department, city hall, and municipal courts, as well as a new council chamber. The police department portion of the building contains a storm shelter with an emergency operations center. Sitework includes new parking lots, both public and secured, with sidewalks, paving, and landscaping, as well as a civic plaza to tie in with a future park located on the adjacent property.
