We understand that the proposed project consists of a new single‐story elementary school approximately 99,590 square feet in size. The new building will be a steel‐framed structure. New driveways and parking areas are also planned.  The new elementary school site is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Garth Road and Ashbel Crossing Drive in Baytown, Texas.
