Narrative: TCCD – Tarleton consists of an approximately 30,000 SF interior demolition and finish out of the 5th floor of an existing building. This is a CM@R project located in Fort Worth, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor. Bid forms will be released approximately one week prior to bid day. This is an active campus, and all loud work must be completed outside of normal work hours. Review the project schedule and bid packs to determine what is considered loud work.
